Precision milled from clear 2mm thick polycarbonate, the lens is secured in place by the included rubber gasket ring mount. It is advisable to apply a layer of electrical tape around the hood prior to mounting the gasket, and to add an additional layer of tape between the rubber ring and the protected device to ensure the lens protector remains securely in position.
