The ultra lightweight .308 handguard is DPMS low profile spec and the total weight including the steel barrel nut is 14.8 oz! The handguard has a tight fit up against the receiver which allows for a monolithic top rail. In addition, the rail system slides over the barrel nut and is locked up against the receiver with 6 screws. Proudly made in the U.S.A in Scottsdale, Arizona.
